Mwingi Central MP, Gideon Mulyungi has warned school principals who are still holding students KCSE certificates.
Speaking in Mwingi market, Mulyungi said it was against the law and denied the young people opportunity to search jobs.
“For how long will the certificates be held for these form four leavers? It’s unfortunate that some cannot even further their education,” said Mulyungi.
He urged the National Government through the Ministry of Education to compel such principals to release the certificates immediately.
