St. Augustine Lukhuna Girls High School aims for 2023 KCSE success

St. Augustine Lukhuna Girls High School in Bungoma has promised to double the previous year’s number of students gaining direct entry to public universities.

Speaking during this year’s Annual General Meeting held over the weekend, the school’s Principal, Dr. Joan Amwanyi, highlighted that Lukhuna Girls are ready to defy expectations, thanks to the diligent preparation undertaken by the dedicated teaching staff.

She also reassured parents that despite the challenges the school faces, this year’s graduating class is on track to achieve remarkable results.

Additionally, the Principal also emphasized that her vision is to transform Augustine Girls into a regional benchmark for other schools.

“I am committed to championing better results in this school by working tirelessly,” she added.

The Principal noted that 117 candidates have been prepared and ready for the KCSE.

The event was graced by the Area Member of Parliament, John Chikati, who commended the school management for their dedication to delivering quality education.

Chikati pledged to collaborate with the school management to help fulfill the school’s vision.
