Defending Volleyball champions Andersen Boys shine again

The defending high school Volleyball champions in Trans Nzoia County, Andersen Boys continued to reign after defeating St. Maurice Lunyu 3-0 with a score of 25:19, 25:19 and 25:18 in a fierce final played at the Sabwani Boys School grounds in Endebess, Trans-Nzoia.

In the semi-finals, the champions under Julius Kipruto Mibei silenced St. Columbans with a 3-0 set while St. Maurice overwhelmed Kipkeikei with a 3-0 set in the second semi-final.

Volleyball Queens Kesogon showed their prowess and reigned again after defeating St Joseph’s Girls 3-0 with sets of 25:11,25:16 and 25:14. In the semi-finals Kesogon won first with 3 sets to nil at the same venue.

In Netball, Andersen Girls won the title after defeating St. Joseph’s 25-21 in a thrilling final.

Defending Netball champions Kimoson were eliminated in the semi-finals by Andersen. In rugby, Bwake Boys won over St. Anthony Boys on a 15-0 run in a tight final at the Sabwani Boys High School grounds.
