The Kenya School of TVET will hold its 47th graduation ceremony on December 7, 2026, at its Gigiri Main Campus in Nairobi.
In a public notice, Chief Executive Officer Dr Edwin Tarno directed all eligible candidates to confirm their academic status, verify the spelling of their names and complete graduation registration through the student portal.
Students facing academic discrepancies or requiring name corrections have until November 13, 2026, to resolve these matters with their respective Heads of Department.
The institution has introduced strict attendance controls, allowing each graduand to invite a maximum of two guests.
Access to the venue will be controlled using gate passes, which graduands and their guests must generate through the student portal.
Gown collection and mandatory rehearsal
Graduation gowns will be distributed through Heads of Department starting December 4, 2026.
The institution noted that graduands will be required to present their gate passes as proof of registration before receiving their academic attire.
All graduating students are required to attend a mandatory rehearsal at the Gigiri campus on December 6, 2026.
On graduation day, the ceremony will begin at 8:30 am, with all graduands expected to be seated by 8:00 am.
The administration also clarified that eligible candidates from its Moiben Campus in Uasin Gishu County will join their counterparts at the main campus in Gigiri for the joint ceremony.
