The Governor elaborated on Migori County’s government’s priority for education and its employment of enough ECDE teachers to cater to the ever-growing number of children who join school each year.

“Governor Ochillo Ayacko’s Government is a visionary regime that values the welfare of our children by providing them with a quality education that will allow them to acquire knowledge as they grow, ” he said.

The Deputy Governor was speaking at Kebaroti Catholic Church in Nyabasi West Ward of Kuria East Constituency during a fundraiser for the church.

The Parish Priest’s father, Raymond Oloo, and the church elders said the money was meant to develop church projects, including church tension, rectory, gate construction, and preparation for diocesan Family Day.

Suna East MP Peter Masara, former Migori MP and Principal of Migori TTC John Pesa, and other distinguished guests attended the Ceremony.

Pesa expressed the need to establish a new university in the Kuria Region to accommodate the many students joining Rongo University.
