Maranda High School in Siaya County has topped Nyanza schools in the 2020 KCSE results.
In the results released by the Education CS, the school produced 2 candidates in the list of best 15 candidates nationally.
Henry Madaga managed to get a mean grade of 87.04 becoming the 8th best candidate overall including Kiprono Howard who scooped position 13 overall.
Maranda High School also had 2 students; Ominde John Moses who is a visually impaired candidate and David Onyango Omondi who is a physically challenged candidate who also made it to the list of 15 best special needs candidates nationally.
The school also had a candidate in the under 16 yrs. top performers in the exam; Bill Jefferson.
Chianda High School also in Siaya County had a candidate in the specials needs category.
