The Teachers Service Commission, (TSC) Nzaui Sub County director Jacob Leleshep has called upon teachers seeking promotions to be aware of conmen.

Leleshep spoke while representing the new TSC director, Abubakar Hassan, to members of the Makueni branch KNUT AGM, reminding and encouraging teachers to apply for promotions, though they should be aware of those with ill motives to con them into bribery.

He noted that the interviews will be fair enough but called upon them to make sure that they are teacher performance appraisal and development (TPAD) compliance which is very key in the interviews.

“Well, I should remind you and kindly remind those who are not here that they should avoid fraudsters who take advantage of desperate teachers seeking promotions, kindly don’t fall into their traps,” Leleshep said.

He promised that, as TSC they will continue supporting teachers since education is the cash crop of this county and producing the best is the only option available.
