Top performances in Baringo as private schools shine

In the KCPE examination results that were released yesterday by the Ministry of Education led by Education CS Prof. Gorge Magoha yesterday, a number of schools in Mogotio Sub-county, Baringo have done their best.

Mogotio Little Friends took the lead as best student, Patience Jepkurui garnered 424 marks. The school had 45 out of 96 candidates scoring over 400 marks.

Dream Hills academy in Esageri came second with Ryan Kimutai managing to score 423 marks.

Speaking to this Education News via phone call, Ryan said he was not expecting the results but God made it for him since he was going through difficult time during the examinations.

Rochel Akinyi  came second with 415 marks in the same school.

Eldama Ravine Green View Academy’s Allan Kiplagat took the lead at the school with 421 marks.

It was tear of joy at St. Mary’s Academy in Kabarnet as over 10 candidates manage to score over 400 marks led Gorge Kangogo and Grace Jepngetich who tied at 419 marks.

Kapindasum Primary in Baringo South, one of the school affected by banditry achieved unexpected marks as the first candidates, Wilson Kandie scored 367 marks and other 15 candidates managing to score over 300 marks.
