University and College students remain stranded after President Uhuru Kenyatta imposed a lock down within metropolitan Counties to contain increasing cases of Covid -19, a move that saw even learning institutions close.
The affected Counties include Nairobi, Kajiado, Machakos, Kiambu and Nakuru, effective midnight tonight,” said Uhuru Kenyatta during the address.
