President Ruto officially opens Lamu East TVC

President Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua together with other ofiicials at the newly launched Lamu TVC.

President William Ruto has officially opened the Lamu East Technical and Vocational College (TVC).

During the inauguration on the weekend, he emphasized its pivotal role in nurturing technical proficiency among the youth to propel the nation’s transformative agenda.

Dignitaries in attendance included Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, Cabinet secretaries Kipchumba Murkomen (Transport), Aden Duale (Defence), and Ezekiel Machogu (Education).

Also attending was Speaker of the Senate Amason Kingi, Lamu Governor Issa Timamy, and several MPs and MCAs, among other distinguished leaders.

Situated in Kizingitini in Lamu East Sub-county, the Lamu East Technical and Vocational College is a government-sponsored institution committed to fostering educational and vocational excellence.
