PS visits Kirinyaga schools in KCSE monitoring exercise

Principal Secretary for University Education and Research in the Ministry of Education Amb. Simon Nabukwesi today witnessed the opening of KCSE examinations container in Kirinyaga West.

The PS distributed the examination papers to the Centre Managers and asked them to be vigilant and to ensure the conduct of the examinations remain credible by adhering to the rules set by Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).

Amb. Nabukwesi later visited Baricho Boys High school to encouraged candidates to do their best in the ongoing KCSE examinations and to avoid engaging in shortcuts which can taint their hard work and ruining their future.

“You must be prepared to reap what you sow” the PS advised the candidates as he reminded them that success is earned through hard work and not shortcuts.

The PS also visited St. John’s Kiburu Secondary School and Kiine Girls High School within the same area.
