Nyeri students celebrate as 2023 KCPE, KPSEA exams end

Students at Nyamachaki primary school celebrate after completing their examinations

Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Primary Schools Education Assessment (KPSEA) has come to an end today as students hailing from various schools in Nyeri County celebrated.

“I feel a tremendous weight lifted off my shoulders, and I am thrilled that the exams are finally behind us,” Julius Kanyingi, a class 8 student at Nyamachaki Primary School, expressed.

Nyamachaki Primary School Principal, James Mwaniki, applauded the seamless execution of the recently concluded examinations, noting that there were no reported irregularities during the process.

He extended his appreciation to the students for their integrity and expressed gratitude towards the dedicated efforts of the teachers, invigilators, parents, and the broader school community, whose unwavering support had been a cornerstone throughout the examination period.

“We had a total of 195 KCPE candidates and 197 KPSEA candidates, and we are pleased to announce that they have successfully completed their examinations,” he remarked.
