Kwale Teachers Training College has issued an official notice detailing the fees and registration procedures for Diploma in Primary Teacher Education (DPTE) trainees taking resit examinations in November 2026.
The directive, signed by Chief Principal and Secretary to the Board of Management Mrs Hellen Machuka, instructs all affected trainees who received referrals in their examinations to complete their registration payments before the submission window closes in November.
Under the announced fee structure, students resitting referred subjects must pay Sh1,000 per subject, alongside administrative charges.
The institutional breakdown lists a Sh1,200 basic fee, Sh1,000 per subject, Sh500 search fee and Sh2,000 facilitation fee.
Payment and registration requirements
To facilitate efficient processing, the administration requires all trainees to make their payments digitally through Paybill number 522123, entering their account number as 67238K followed immediately by their admission number.
The college accounts office must receive all required funds within the designated timeframe to prevent administrative delays or disruptions to examination access.
