The youth from Migori County youths have been urged to embrace all types of sports by discovering their potential talents early with the help of their teachers and embark to refine them.
This was said by Sports CS Salim Mvurya when he visited Migori County to inspect the work development and construction of a modern Migori stadium yesterday.
The CS expressed gratitude on the ongoing construction of the 10,000- capacity stadium which has reached 40 percent towards the completion.

Governor Ayacko revealed that the project has engaged more than 1000 workers from the local populace to provide both skilled and unskilled labour and solved part of the unemployment problem in the region.
He said that once it reaches completion, the Migori stadium will serve as a modern centre for tapping youths’ talents to nurture and develop them for their personal and the country’s gain.
The CS who was flanked by Migori County Governor Ochillo Ayacko, Sports PS Elijah Mwangi, Technical team from Sports Kenya among other government officials from both National and County Governments.
