Kisii School will host a three-day grand alumni reunion from Friday, July 24, to Sunday, July 26, 2026, bringing together former students to mentor learners and support the school’s development.
Speaking to Education News, Chief Principal Fred Mogaka said the reunion will provide alumni with an opportunity to guide current students on career choices and the pathways to academic and life success.
“We have received confirmation from most of our alumni, who will be led by Dr Eric Omanga,” he said.
The principal expressed optimism about the success of the event and thanked those who had already confirmed their attendance while welcoming other alumni planning to participate.
Career guidance and fundraising
Mr Mogaka said the alumni will share their experiences in education, the workplace and community service, giving learners practical lessons on discipline, hard work and leadership.
“We want our boys to see real examples of where Kisii School has taken people. From doctors and engineers to teachers, business people and public servants. Our alumni have done well in their professions and communities, and they are coming back to give back,” he added.
The reunion will feature career talks, mentorship forums, sports activities and a fundraising drive to support ongoing school development projects.
