Kisii county Governor James Ongwae has assured of government security for the child who was defiled and her mother.
He said, his government will host the abused child and her mother after recovery at designated home to protect them from trauma.
The governor revealed this when he visited the four year old primary school girl at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital.
The girl was allegedly defiled by her father at Migogo village in Marani area of Kisii County.
The mother did not to report the matter to police because she feared being battered by the husband.
Kisii county Commissioner Allan Macharia, assured that the suspect will be arraigned in the court of law to answer the accusations on child abuse and incest.
