The International Centre for Reproductive Health Kenya (ICRHK) has invited applications from 27 qualified candidates who attained a minimum grade of C in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) to serve as enumerators in Meru and Tharaka Nithi counties.
According to a notice published on the organisation’s website, the successful applicants will work for four to six weeks and support research activities in collaboration with the Centre for Rights Education and Awareness (CREAW) Kenya, field officers, community elders and other local stakeholders.
ICRHK said applicants must have completed secondary school education and attained a minimum KCSE grade of C.
The organisation noted that successful candidates should possess strong communication skills to enable them to interview eligible respondents and collect reliable research data.
“The resident enumerator will support the successful implementation of research activities in Meru and Tharaka Nithi counties by collecting accurate, reliable and high-quality data from assigned villages and study participants,” the organisation stated.
Application requirements
Applicants have been advised to complete the application forms using the prescribed format and upload copies of their KCSE certificates together with recommendation letters from their area chiefs.
Career expert Simon Ingari cautioned applicants against providing false information during the recruitment process.

“Do not exaggerate or lie about your experience. If they ask for a specific naming format, such as PDF, follow the instructions exactly as stated,” he advised.
Applications close on Wednesday, July 8.
