A 46 year old man has allegedly defiled his 11 year old daughter. A report by Tawa sub county hospital indicated that the minor was really defiled.
The incident happened at Itulu village, Utuneni sub location, Ngiluni location of Makueni county.
According to police report, assistant chief Justus Muli was alerted by village elder Daniel Nzuki, that the minor who schools at Itulu primary was defiled by her father Stephen Ngulusi.
The accused was arrested and taken to Tawa police station.
