West Mugirango NG-CDF opens 2025/26 bursary applications for secondary, tertiary Students

The West Mugirango Constituency National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) has officially opened the bursary application window for secondary school and tertiary institution students for the 2025/2026 financial year.

In a public notice issued on December 2, 2025, the NG-CDF Bursary Committee announced that application forms are now accessible both online and at various outlets within the constituency. Students and parents seeking support can download the forms from the constituency’s official website.

Hard copies will also be available in bookshops and cyber cafés beginning December 3, 2025, ensuring wide access for all applicants.

The committee highlighted that all mandatory attachments are clearly outlined on the application form, also urging applicants to ensure they provide all required documents, as incomplete submissions will not be processed.

“Completed bursary forms will be accepted from December 15, 2025, with the submission window running until January 16, 2026.” Reads part of the notice

Applicants are required to submit their forms at the designated collection centers spread across the constituency.

The NG-CDF office emphasized the importance of adhering to the guidelines to ensure efficient processing.

The Bursary Committee reiterated that Friday, January 16, 2026, is the final day for submitting forms to the NG-CDF office.

They encouraged early submissions to avoid last-minute rushes and potential inconveniences.

The notice, which was issued and stamped by the West Mugirango NG-CDF Bursary Committee, reaffirmed the constituency office’s postal address as P.O. Box 425–40500.

The bursary programme continues to be a vital support mechanism for hundreds of learners in West Mugirango, providing much-needed financial assistance to families and helping students pursue their education without disruption.
