The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has announced new career opportunities for senior professionals, opening applications for five key positions in a recruitment drive targeting high-level management roles within the commission.
In the latest advertisement, the commission has invited qualified candidates to apply for Deputy Director and Assistant Director positions across various departments.
The deadline for submission of applications is set for May 25, 2026.
The three senior positions, includes; Deputy Director – Corporate Affairs, Deputy Director – Labour and Industrial Relations, and Deputy Director – Risk Management, indicating that previous applicants may reapply for consideration.
These roles are expected to strengthen communication, labour relations and risk oversight functions within the commission.
At the same time, TSC has introduced two new vacancies: Assistant Director – Legal Services and Assistant Director – Risk Management.

These positions are aimed at enhancing legal advisory services and strengthening institutional risk management systems.
Interested candidates are required to submit their applications through the official TSC recruitment portal before the deadline.
The commission has emphasized that the process is free of charge and warned applicants against fraudsters requesting payment.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further stages of the recruitment process.
The latest recruitment drive is part of TSC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen senior management capacity and improve service delivery in key operational areas including governance, legal affairs, labour relations and risk management.
