These are Rift Valley Region secondary schools drama festival National qualifiers

As the days draw nearer to the highly anticipated Secondary Schools National Drama and Film Festival 2024, every region is on its final touches to have the best team to the National festivals.

In the Rift valley region, Laiser Hills, Moi Girls Eldoret, Rockfields Senior School and Koelel Forces qualified for Nationals in the plays category, while Samoei Boys and Moi Girls Eldoret secured their places to the Nationals in the French solo verse category.

In the narrative category, St Joseph Kitale, Boma Boys and St Mary’s Kitany sailed through to the Nationals while Enkare Nyiro, Mother of Apostles and St Elizabeth Murpus made it to the Nationals in the comedy category.

In the cultural dance category, Santa Maria Cheptulon, Mother of Apostles and St Elizabeth Murpus made to the national arena as Ndururumo High,Ortum Boys and Kabianga High to represent the region in the solo dance category.

St Teresa’s Bikeke, Ortum Boys, Tumaini House to battle it out with other giants at the national under the category of Modern Dances.

Nova Pioneer will represent the region in the Nationals in the solo verse category while in the choral verses category, venessa Grants and Moi Girls Isinya qualified for the national slot.

The National Drama and Film Festival 2024 will be held from April 10-17, 2024 at the University of Embu and Kangaru School concurrently.
