According to the County Disaster Management Office, the incident was reported at around 10:00 a.m. after school authorities raised concerns over a swarm of bees that had invaded the institution, posing a significant threat to pupils, teachers and members of the surrounding community.

Upon receiving the distress call, the Disaster Management and Response Team was immediately dispatched to the school to assess the situation and undertake the necessary control measures.

The team acted promptly and professionally to contain the infestation, successfully eliminating the danger before any injuries were reported.

Their intervention ensured that normal learning activities continued uninterrupted and that the safety of everyone within the school environment was maintained.

County officials commended the emergency responders for their quick action, noting that timely intervention is critical in preventing accidents and safeguarding lives.

“The successful containment of the bee infestation demonstrates our commitment to protecting residents through rapid and effective emergency response services,” the county government said in a statement.
