Samburu West Member of Parliament Naisula Lesuuda today officially launched the Samburu West NG-CDF Bursary Programme at A.I.C. Moi Girls Samburu, releasing Ksh 71 million to support both secondary and tertiary students in the constituency.

Speaking during the launch, Lesuuda said the growing number of bursary beneficiaries each year reflects the community’s increasing commitment to education. “The people of Samburu West are embracing education for both boys and girls as a foundation for progress,” she noted, emphasizing that investing in education is key to the constituency’s development.

The MP also highlighted the need for strict accountability and transparency in fund management. “Every shilling must be accounted for, and our people must receive timely and efficient service.
