Institutions that missed the earlier deadline now have another chance to register trainees for the November/December 2026 assessments.
The Technical and Vocational Education and Training Curriculum Development, Assessment and Certification Council (TVET CDACC) will reopen its registration portal from October 15 to October 24, 2026. It has also released the timetable for the assessment series.
The decision follows numerous requests from institutions asking for extra time to enrol more candidates. As a result, assessment centres can now add trainees who were left out of the first round.
The portal had earlier closed on October 2, 2026. At the time, the council had said no further registration would be permitted once the window ended.
Even so, the extension comes with a condition. Only units that appear in the released timetable will qualify for registration.
Institutions have therefore been advised to complete the exercise before the portal shuts again on October 24, 2026.
