Homa Bay KUPPET branch has accused the Teachers Service Commission of harassing teachers perceived to be non-performing.
The union’s executive secretary Stephen Yogo said TSC should device better ways of handling teachers’ problems.
“Teachers who are seen as non-performing should be counselled and the source of their problems identified rather than threatening to sack them,” he added.
Yogo who was addressing Homa Bay Sacco members said their union will continue to fight for better remuneration for teachers.
