The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has partnered with the Beyond Zero Initiative to offer full scholarships for the Certificate in Community Health Nursing course, commencing in September 2026 under the 2026/2027 academic year.
The scholarships, offered under the KMTC/Beyond Zero Training Programme, will cover the full duration of the two-year certificate course for successful applicants, with female candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
According to the college priority in selection will be given to qualified candidates from Arid and Semi-Arid Land (ASAL) counties, underserved minorities and other Vulnerable and Marginalised Groups (VMGs) who are willing to serve in their communities upon graduation.
This targeting reflects the programme’s focus on strengthening community health capacity in some of Kenya’s most underserved areas.
