Kathiani Member of Parliament Robert Mbui has commissioned four newly constructed state of art classes at Kwale secondary school in a bid to promote his candidature for the seat in the forthcoming elections.

Still in the school, the MP later launched six renovated classrooms under the NG-CDF patronage.

The two-term lawmaker then proceeded to launch two newly constructed classes and a laboratory at Kathuni Secondary school.

While addressing parents, Mr Mbui promised more goodies to the education sector while boasting of his 10-year scorecard.

He said that he still had several projects on infrastructure improvement that needed completion.

“It is our responsibility to make our learning institutions as inhabitable and conducive as possible,” said Mr Mbui.

The legislator later commissioned renovated classrooms at Nzaikoni and Kauti Primary school.

He promised schools that were left out that they would be considered in the next budget allocation.

The MP further called upon all stakeholders in education to join the discussion in efforts to improve education standards in the sub county.

He recognized major strides achieved by some of the schools putting Kathiani on the map.

The outspoken legislator stressed the importance of peace during this campaign period urging the electorate to vote wisely.
