The  MP  Noted   that  the  Education   Cabinet  Secretary   Prof   George.   Magoha   should  consider   doing  a  fresh   review  of  CBC  initiative    by  engaging   a national  dialogue, cum stakeholders   consultation   forums   so  as  to  make  necessary  changes  to the  programme  in  order  to  reduce  the cost  of educating  learners.

He  reiterated  his  commitment   in  investing  more  in  the  education   sector   through   the   National  Government   Constituencies   Development   Fund   (NG-CDF)  by  assisting  more  needy students to  get   bursaries  and  scholarships.
