Bond with children during holidays, parents advised

By Osborn Ben

Parents and guardians have been urged to use school holidays to bond with their children.
Speaking at a thanks giving day at St Marks Girls High School in Cherangany, the County QUASO officer Leonard Warachi said its high time parents take keen care of their children.
He also told parents to work with teachers and other stake holders to promote the girl-child education.
Warachi applauded St Marks Girls Principal Susan Obiri and her entire staff for the exemplary performance in last year’s KCSE exams.
Obiri said the school has the potential to excel even better but there are numerous setbacks.
She said they are in dire need of a Sh1.5 million laboratory.
