Every year, thousands of young people complete secondary school and tertiary education only to face a highly competitive labour market with limited employment opportunities. Consequently, any government recruitment exercise is welcomed as a rare chance for many to secure a reliable source of income and begin building a meaningful career.

According to the Ministry of Interior and National Administration, the advertised positions are open to candidates who meet the academic, professional, and personal qualifications specified in the official advertisement.
