Thousands of aspiring advocates can now access their results after the Council of Legal Education (CLE) released the outcome of the April 2026 Advocates Training Programme (ATP) examinations, marking a major milestone for candidates working toward admission to the Bar.

The examinations were administered from April 9 to 21, 2026, across three examination centres in Nairobi County.

Out of 2,048 candidates who had registered for the series, 48 deferred their examinations within the prescribed timelines, leaving a total of 2,000 candidates who sat the examinations.

Stakeholder engagement ahead of examinations

In preparation for the series, CLE held a stakeholder engagement meeting with the Kenya School of Law in January 2026.

The council also conducted a candidate engagement webinar in April 2026 as part of its ongoing outreach and support initiatives.

How candidates can access results

Results are now accessible through the CLE candidate portal.
