Achego Girls, Nambale Boys get new principals amid raft of transfers by TSC

Nambale Boys High School in Busia county is the latest school in Western region whose principal, Charles Hongo, has been transferred following a raft of changes by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).

The principal, who supervised drastic changes in the school’s academic performance and general discipline of students, has been transferred to Shikunga High School in Kakamega county.

He will be replaced by Tom Amadi who was the principal at Kamusinde Secondary School in Bungoma county.

In the neighbouring Koyonzo Boys High School, Solomon Sisuma from Oyoo Otieno Boys High School in Kisumu county is the new school head replacing Boaz Adit.

Kennedy Nyamwolo is the new principal at St. Peters Nakalira Secondary School in Kimilili sub-county replacing Moses Mabonga who hang his boots. Prior to being transferred, Mr. Nyamwolo served as the principal at St. Pauls Lugari Boys High School.

Rose Berda from Our Lady of Mercy Chebukaka Girls High School in Kabuchai sub-county has also been transferred to head Achego Girls High School in Kisumu county.

Further, Misikhu Friends High School will be headed by new Principal Mike Wanyonyi.
