Butere Technical Training Institute (BTTI) has announced plans to host its maiden graduation ceremony since its establishment, marking a historic milestone for the institution. The event is scheduled for November 2026, with the exact date to be communicated in due course, according to an official notice.
In its communication to former students, the institute urged all eligible graduates to begin preparations by paying the prescribed graduation fee through the designated account outlined in the graduation memo. The management clarified that graduates with outstanding tuition balances will still be allowed to participate in the ceremony, provided they settle the graduation fee. However, clearance of all pending balances will be mandatory before graduates can collect their academic documents, including certificates and results slips.

Senior Principal Violet Mwale described the upcoming graduation as a landmark achievement, reflecting the growth of the institution and its commitment to recognising the accomplishments of its trainees.
