Collection of the documents will be strictly restricted to authorized representatives. Institutions are required to present an official letter duly signed by the Centre Manager, authorizing a designated representative to collect on their behalf.

The Council emphasized that no documents will be released without proper authorization and identification, citing the need to uphold accountability and security in the issuance process.

The circular was addressed to principals of national polytechnics, institutes of science and technology, technical training institutes, technical and vocational colleges, and private colleges, as well as VCs of universities implementing Competency Based Education and Training (CBET) and managers of vocational training centers.

The council appealed for the continued cooperation of all institutions in ensuring the smooth administration of assessments, results processing, and certification, and encouraged institutions to comply with the stated timelines to ensure efficient service delivery to candidates.
