Kesogon Mixed Secondary School has stormed into the semi-finals of the 2026 FEASSSA Games with a perfect record, winning all four of its preliminary matches without dropping a single set.
The Kenyan side opened its campaign with a 3-0 victory over Tanzania’s Lumala, followed by another straight-set win against fellow Tanzanian side Mengele. Kesogon then defeated Uganda’s Serom Christian 3-0 before completing the group stage with a further 3-0 victory over Rwanda’s GS Indangaburezi. The results saw Kesogon finish top of Group A, scoring 12 sets without conceding one.

Kesogon will now face Uganda’s Bukedea in the semi-final, a side that has also impressed during the competition. Bukedea defeated Tanzania’s Mwanahunzi 3-0 in their opening match before beating Kenya’s Soweto by the same scoreline. They suffered their only setback against Kenya’s Mwitoti, losing a five-set thriller 3-2, before bouncing back with a 3-0 victory over Uganda’s Katikamu SDA.
The second semi-final will pit Kenya’s Mwitoti against Rwanda’s GS Indangaburezi, a matchup that could set up an all-Kenyan final should both Kesogon and Mwitoti progress.
The semi-final fixtures are scheduled for tomorrow, with the winners advancing to the FEASSSA 2026 final.
