Both Maseno National School alumni and the Basketball lovers fraternity have mourned the late former Chief Principal of Maseno School, Paul Otula, as a man with a big heart for education and sports.
He has left a big gap in the education field that will be difficult to fill,” said James Kwach.
According to family members, the late Otula collapsed and passed on at his Nairobi home this morning.
He served as Chairman of the Kenya Basketball Federation, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the sport.
He will be remembered for heading prestigious schools, including Mangu Maseno and Sunshine, where he steered the institution to higher levels of academic, game, and sports achievement.
“He blended class work, sports, and community work to mould learners into all-around global academicians,” said James Kwach.
Family members will issue further communication.
