A female school teacher in Kayole estate, Nairobi has denied defiling a minor in her bedroom.

According to court documents, Louse Martha Musyoka defiled a 15-year old boy on 16Th October at her house in Njiru Sub-county. The documents shows that Musyoka touched the boy indecently before defiling him, contrary to section 11(1) of the sexual offences Act of 2006.

The court  was  told that  on 5Th October, 2021, the teen received a call from Mrs. Musyoka  requesting  him for his help  to fix  a wallpaper at  the teacher’s house.

The boy who was away from home promised to do the job on his return the following day and when the day came, he visited the house with some of his friends. They found seven boys working on the wall, they joined in and left after the job was done.

The court was further told that on 16Th October, the boy and his friends retuned to Musyoka’s house for greetings. As they laidback in the living room watching a Television program, the teen followed her to the bedroom to get the Wi-Fi connection where while there, Musyoka kissed the minor repeatedly, made him lie on the bed, took off clothes for both of them and defiled him.

The school management got wind of the unfolding where they said Musyoka’s had a habit of hosting students in her house. They therefore reported her to the nearby police station, leading to her arrest.

Following the revelation, the teenager opened up to his mother about the incident. In court Musyoka pleaded not guilty and was granted a Sh200, 000 pending hearing on April 2022.
