Veteran educationist and retired Chief Principal Dickens O. Bula will be honoured during a grand retirement celebration scheduled for June 12, 2026, at Orero National School.
The event, organised jointly by Orero National School and Oriwo Boys High School, is expected to attract education stakeholders, school principals, teachers, alumni and students from across the Nyanza region.
Bula retires after a distinguished career in the education sector, where he earned recognition for his transformative leadership, commitment to academic excellence and mentorship of learners and teachers.
Education stakeholders have described the retired principal as a seasoned administrator who played a major role in improving academic standards and strengthening discipline in institutions under his leadership.
