Friends School Poroko Senior Principal Tito Musyoki has been transferred to Mau Summit Secondary School in Kuresoi North Sub‑County, Nakuru County, ending a four‑year tenure at the Transmara West institution.
Musyoki joined Poroko in May 2022 from Mogoyuet Secondary School in Narok West and leaves behind a strong sporting legacy, particularly in rugby. Under his leadership, Poroko rose to prominence in school games, excelling in both boys’ and girls’ rugby sevens and 15‑a‑side competitions.
He was credited with supporting the growth of sports at the school, creating an environment where learners could nurture their talents and compete at higher levels. His departure is expected to be felt in the sporting fraternity, with Poroko having built a reputation for producing competitive rugby teams during his tenure.

Beyond his role as principal, Musyoki has been actively involved in sports administration. He serves as treasurer of the Narok County Secondary Schools Sports Association, where he has contributed to coordinating and promoting secondary school games across the county.
Poroko continues to strengthen its sporting profile, particularly in rugby, where both boys’ and girls’ teams have represented the school in various competitions. Musyoki expressed appreciation for the progress made during his time at Poroko, especially through sports.
It was not immediately clear who will succeed him as the next senior principal at Poroko.
