Thika Sub-county Director of Education Ronald Mbogo has said that middle level colleges are reaping the fruits of their labour as many students have realised the importance of technical courses.
Mbogo further said that these courses are filling the gap left by many students who in the past thought these courses were for failures. He also spelled out government’s commitment in ensuring that the quality of education offered in the middle level institutes both private and public is standardized through common examination bodies.
Mbogo pointed out that stringent measures have been put in place to ensure that examinations offered in all educational facilities are devoid of cheating and other malpractices.
