The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has opened its online application system for revising choices for the 2025/2026 placement cycle.
The revision window, which runs from today to May 27, 2025, gives students a second chance to apply for courses at universities and colleges nationwide.
According to KUCCPS, the revision targets students who did not secure a course during the initial application phase that closed on April 30, 2025. They are invited to revisit the portal and select from the remaining available courses.
“Applicants who did not secure a course in the application that ended on April 30, 2025, are invited to log in again and choose remaining courses as listed on the portal,” the statement reads.

In addition, Form Four leavers who attained a KCSE mean grade but have not yet applied for any course are also encouraged to take advantage of the open portal.
To apply or revise their choices, students should visit the KUCCPS website at www.kuccps.ac.ke and click the Students’ Portal tab.
Education experts advise students to consult teachers, career counsellors, and the KUCCPS website for guidance on course requirements and available institutions.
