The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced the reopening of its online application system to facilitate the second revision of degree, diploma, and certificate programme choices.

In a statement released on Saturday, May 31, KUCCPS called on KCSE candidates who have either not applied or whose previous applications were unsuccessful to take advantage of this opportunity before the deadline.

“The KUCCPS application system is open for the Second Revision of University, College, and Programme choices.

KCSE holders who have not yet applied for courses or those who have applied but were unsuccessful are invited to reapply for the same courses. The system will close on June 7, 2025. Login here: http://students.kuccps.net,” KUCCPS stated.

This notice was issued shortly after the closure of the first revision phase, which concluded on May 27.

“KUCCPS application system closes today, May 27, 2025, by midnight! Don’t miss your chance to secure a course in a University or TVET Institution,” the service had earlier announced.

Before that, KUCCPS had also reactivated the system on Sunday, May 18, following the initial placement deadline of April 30, inviting unsuccessful applicants to revisit the platform and select from the remaining programmes.

“Applicants who did not secure a course in the application that ended on April 30, 2025, are invited to log in again and choose remaining courses as listed on the portal,” KUCCPS announced on May 18.
