Kakamega Bishop urges teachers to take full responsibility of KCSE candidates

Bishop Rev. William Owuya of the Jesus Wonders and Victory Ministry in Kakamega has called upon teachers to take full responsibility to candidates making sure they have prepared well for KCSE exams

Speaking during Sunday service Bishop Owuya said students now are in their last term, pact with examinations and limited time frame.

He also appealed to the government to put in place structures for students in order to perform well in their final exams, urging for immense support for education so that the future of students is not compromised.

“We are elderly and very soon we shall retire, I request the government as a spiritual leader to prioritize education.” Bishop emphasized.

He also urged for quick release of school capitation to minimize wastage of much time.

“We can postpone other things but when it comes to education we cannot assume, I want to back up the education fraternity they need to be facilitated on time so that they can be able to sharpen our children.” Owuya affirmed
