The Eldoret National Polytechnic has launched a Bajaj Motorcycles Repairs and Maintenance workshop in the institution.
According to the polytechnic Chief Principal Charles Koech, this is the first of its kind in the country.
“Today together with the Bajaj Motorcycles, we have launched a repairs and maintenance workshop, this will be one of its kind in the Country,” he said.
The launch was graced by the Vice President of Bajaj Group and Mr. Frankline Muguna, who represented Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Principal Secretary (PS) Dr. Esther Muoria.
“This programme is on point and will help our students do their practicals. I want to applaud the Chief Principal for coming up with this project which will benefit hundreds of youth. The facility will provide an avenue for CBET implementation and technology transfer,” said Muguna.
