The Budalangi Member of Parliament in Busia County Raphael Wanjala has said his constituency does not have a fully fledged university.
Wanjala claimed that though there were plans to start a state-of the-art university in the constituency, due process and law was not followed by his predecessor Ababu Namwamba.
This is after the Commission of University Education CUE ordered the closure of Masinde Muliro University of Science And Technology MMUST campuses at Burembe in Budalangi and Butula constituencies.
