Hundreds of parents in Moyale Sub-County flocked Civil Registrar’s office to apply for their children birth certificates.
The certificates are compulsory for the students to register for both Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams.
Moyale Civil Registrar William Irungu said it has been a tendency of parents in the area to rush at the last minute.
