St. Joseph’s Girls’ Senior School-Kitale has strongly dismissed reports circulating on social media and other platforms alleging that a student was found in possession of a firearm and ammunition within the school compound.
In an official statement issued on Wednesday June 24, by Chief Principal Dr. Rosebella K. Munzala, the school described the claims as false, misleading and harmful to the institution’s reputation.

She further clarified that no students had been suspended, sent home, or subjected to disciplinary action in relation to the alleged incident.
