A desperate father from Bondeni, Ngong, has gone public in an emotional appeal for his 17-year-old form three daughter, who he says has been missing since March 22, 2026, allegedly in the company of an adult man believed to be hiding her somewhere in the Mathare area of Ngong.
Paul Ndete made the appeal through Ngong-based community media outlet Elveza Media, directly addressing his daughter, identified only as Beatrice, urging her to come home and return to school.
“Wherever you are, if you are watching this video, I am your father,” Ndete said during the interview. “Don’t be afraid. Your father loves you and wants you to go back to school. Come and finish school to achieve your dreams.”
Beatrice disappeared on a Wednesday morning, the same day she was due to return to school after the mid-term break.
Ndete told the media that he had already reported the matter to the police. He alleged that a specific adult man is behind the disappearance but declined to name him on air. He claimed the man allegedly bought his daughter a mobile phone and registered it without the family’s knowledge.

“When I woke up at around 5 a.m., I heard a phone ringing in the house,” Ndete said. “I found a phone I did not recognise. When we asked the child about it, she said it had been given to her by a friend.”
After Beatrice disappeared, Ndete said the phone became a critical source of evidence, containing photos that he claimed pointed to the identity of the man he alleged was with her. He said the family also has photos of the man in question.
He did not describe the content of the photos in specific terms during the interview, but indicated the material was deeply disturbing and had been shared with investigators.
Ndete made a direct plea to the man he alleged is holding his daughter, saying the man knows he is actively searching for her.
“If he knows that this child is a student, I ask him to let her go back to school and return to her parents,” he said.
He also appealed to members of the public who may have seen Beatrice or have information about her whereabouts to call him at 0740518807, or to take her to the nearest police station.
“I don’t know where this child is, but I ask the person with her to call me or take her to the police station so that this child can go back to school,” he said.
Ndete said his wife had been left in a deeply distressed state since their daughter went missing, and described the family as being in a desperate search.
