Koitalel Samoei University College (KSUC), a constituent college of the University of Nairobi, has announced the official dates for the collection of graduation certificates and transcripts for the 2024/2025 cohort. The update comes after recent concerns raised by graduates regarding delays in the release of academic documents.
According to an internal memo issued by the Office of the Registrar, Academic Affairs, certificates for students who graduated on September 19, 2025, will be ready for collection beginning Monday, December 8, 2025. The collection window will remain open until Friday, February 6, 2026.
In the memo, the university outlines the documents that graduates must present when collecting their certificates, including a National Identity Card, a Gown Clearance Form, and a duly filled and signed KSUC Clearance Form. The institution further notes that certificates not collected by the February deadline will attract a storage fee of Ksh. 1,000 per year or part thereof.

The announcement has been well-received by graduates who had expressed concern over the anticipated wait time. Many have welcomed the university’s decision as a sign of responsiveness and improved communication between students and administration.
The memo, stamped and signed by the Registrar, emphasizes the university’s commitment to efficient service delivery as KSUC continues to grow its academic reputation.
With the new dates now confirmed, graduates can make the necessary arrangements to collect their documents and proceed with career, employment, or further-study plans.
