The police from Ramasa Station in Kisii County are looking for a man who has been cohabiting with a grade 9 school girl and allegedly fled arrest.
According to villagers, the man has been luring the minors with Mandazi and other goodies like pants and taking them to his house secretly for defilement.
“We have been reporting this matter to the area administration but the suspect buys his way out of the cells and comes to repeat these immoral atrocities here.” said one of the villagers.
His proverbial 40th-day arrived when he was caught with the minor red-handed but escaped through the window fleeing into hideout.
According to villagers who bayed for his blood, the man had confined the girl for two weeks in his house.
When word reached the police, they launched aggressive man hunt campaign to arrest the suspect who went to hideout.

The police have promised to leave no stone unturned and asked anybody with information about him to report..
The concern comes barely a fortnight when Kisii County Woman Representative Doris Aburi assured community that children will soon be salvaged from abuse after the sexual bill be passed and strengthen to safeguard them.
The Woman MP asked the government to put heavy punishment on any notorious male found defiling or raping females to serve as warning to those who are bent to break the law and bring this long to torment on females to a halt.
